Hi, my name is Amanda Bush and I am a Foster Care Manager here at CHOICES, Inc. I began working at CHOICES, Inc. in February 2009 as a Foster Care Social Worker. As my first position in the Social Work field, I have had the privilege of working with many amazing youth and families. Each day I am continuing to learn and grow more with CHOICES. In August 2010, I was very grateful to take the position of Foster Care Manager. Additionally I had the outstanding opportunity to attend the Comprehensive Sexual Offender Treatment Specialist Training and am expecting my certification this year.

I have lived in Dayton the majority of my life and am a Wright State University Alumni. I have been blessed with an amazing partner and two children. Our daughter is 8 and our son is 4. They keep us very busy with activities, but our favorite times are spent hiking and outside doing any activity.

It was actually through having my daughter at sixteen and being a young teen mom that I found my desire to go into the Social Work profession. I had many Social Workers in and out of my life that helped me succeed to where I am now. I have continued to love being here at CHOICES, Inc. and am looking forward to the many years to come!
